• Aggregates financial data from connected bank and brokerage accounts
• Displays account balances, holdings, and transaction history
• Provides insights and analytics about your finances
• Connects to financial institutions through third-party providers (Plaid and SnapTrade)

The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Account Creation:

• You must sign in using a valid Google account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

Account Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Our service integrates with third-party financial data providers:

Plaid Technologies Inc.:

• Provides bank account connection services
• Subject to Plaid's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

SnapTrade Inc.:

• Provides brokerage account connection services
• Subject to SnapTrade's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

You authorize us to access your financial data through these providers when you connect your accounts.

Ownership:

• All content, features, and functionality are owned by Mozaic Finance
• The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws

Restrictions:

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent

Your Data:

• You retain ownership of your personal financial data
• You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service

Not Financial Advice:

• Mozaic Finance is an information aggregation tool only
• We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice
• You should consult qualified professionals for financial decisions

Service Availability:

• We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uptime
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data delays

Data Accuracy:

• Financial data is provided by third-party institutions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data
• Always verify important financial information with your institutions

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for the service
• We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability.

Termination by You:

• You may delete your account at any time through Privacy & Data settings
• Account deletion is subject to a grace period for data recovery

Termination by Us:

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
• We may terminate the service entirely with reasonable notice

Effect of Termination:

• Your access to the service will cease immediately
• Your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, specifically:

• The laws of the Province of Quebec
• Applicable federal laws of Canada

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
